What To Expect
Double Pass Aeration & Seeding
When aerating your lawn we always perform “double pass aeration”. We first aerate your lawn in one direction and then we will aerate it once more perpendicular to the previous aeration direction, this assures that we are pulling as many cores per sq. ft. as possible.
Quality Equipment
We use stand on aerator’s that pull cores using hydraulic pressure not a rolling drum, this assures that we are able to pull 3-4 inch cores consistently, this is especially important in the Triangle area where the soil type is pre-dominantly a tough to penetrate clay soil type.
Quality Seed
We use only the Highest Quality Blue Tag Certified seed, each year the seed is formulated specifically for our region using a Tri-Blend Tall Fescue Seed.
